Clients Documents Request and checklist provide and save them in the server as below:

  • Passport and Proof of Address of all Employee and Directors
  • Sign off 64-8 Form for Agent to talk over the phone
  • All Director UTR number for Self-assessment, If not available, Please register through Government Gateway –using Individual Gateway and Save them in Control Sheet.
  • PAYE Registration and Collect PAYE Registration Letter and Activation by using Government Gateway
  • Collect Corporation tax no along with Office Number and CT Registration and Activation by using Government Gateway
  • VAT Registration and Collect VAT Number and Activation by using Government Gateway
  • Authentication code from Companies House apply and collection

For Book Keeping:

  • Ask for Sale Receipts and Summary sheet in excel
  • Bank statement as per accounting year end
  • Expense Receipts
  • Fixed Asset purchase
  • Bank Loan and any other loan
  • Investment in Share market
  • Debtors and Creditors balance

For VAT Return :

  • Follow as above
  • Previous Quarter Return and Calculations

Annual Accounts:

  • Follow as above
  • Previous Year Accounts and Trial Balance

For CT Return:

  • Fixed Asset schedule for Capital allowance
  • Previous year CT Return


  • National Insurance number of all director and Employee
  • P46 Form fill up by all employee and Wages rate and No of Hours per week or p45
  • Passport of their employees

For Self-Assessment:

  • Income Details Form to be filled up; Specially Property, Self Employment, Employment, and Foreign Income.
  • Ask for all Income details and expense records for bookkeeping

For Pension:

  • Pension letter and what is the up-to-date registration and update details with the pension provider.
